- Ask yourself, “What gives my life meaning and purpose?”
- Think about the answers to this question and reflect on how you have committed to each in a way that honors them. For example if you said “My family provides meaning and purpose in my life.”
- How have I honored my family?
- What actions have I taken?
- What am I feeling “right” now?
Value and belief systems
- Ask yourself, “What are my belief systems? What do I value?”
- Think about the answers to both of these questions and reflect on how you have committed to each in a way that honors them. For example if you said “I believe in being respectful of others people’s feelings. I value kindness.”
- What actions have I taken to support or violate my values and belief system?
- What am I feeling “right” now?
- Do my behaviors reflect inclusion and being open to others?

- How do I get through tough times?
- Where do I find comfort?
- Am I tolerant of other people?
- Do I make time for relaxation in my day?
- Do my values guide my decision and actions?
